So life has been a rollercoaster ride lately.

Aaron lost his job on July 4th due to no reasoning. And he had an interview at Tommy Bahama about a week after and now he starts Tuesday! So that was great news for us and now I can stop stressing about bills and focus on wedding!

Everything we have gone through in the past three weeks, shows me how truly blessed we are to have such a great family who supports us both and helps us through it all, also how much Aaron an I can make it through it all. I am so glad I found Aaron who has a family that is just as amazing as mine, I really couldnt ask for anything better!

I have wedding dress alterations tomro, and florist appointment before that. And my wedding shower is on August 14th that my sister and aunt are hosting for me! I am so excited!

62 days till the wedding! Can not wait!

I pretty much have been doing nothing except, working, wedding planning, and sleeping! So exhausting! But today I went to the college, applied for financial aid, and luckily the line was completely dead, and then came straight home and have been able to relax all day :)

I got my wedding dress and it is in my closet and I look at it everyday! I love it! :)

101 days till our wedding! September 24th! So excited!

Finals are over! My GPA was 3.25! I am so happy that I actually passed my classes :) Here are some pictures from my photo class that I have uploaded. The doors are my final project, it was a themed project.

I went Thursday and took my last exam, and went straight from there to Mississippi! Aarons cousin was getting married.

We got in really late on Thursday, about 2am. And Friday night when we woke up went shopping to find some shoes for Aaron, me, and his mom. Then we went to the rehearsal dinner that night. While they were rehearsing I took pictures of Aaron’s cousins adorable girl, Carsen.

Saturday we woke up early and drove along the beach to find breakfast. We ate at a restaurant that had the most homemade breakfast ever. It was so amazing. Then we walked along the beach, which is the most beautiful place on Earth. I hope to one day live on/near a beach so I can go everyday :) I mean atleast for a month. Then we went to the wedding, which was fun as well. And Sunday we hung out with his family, who is all so sweet, loving, and fun.

Since we have been back, we have been working like always, and I have been spending my weekends at the pool in our apartment, with the family and enjoying the warm weather. :)

Oh and starting wedding planning, like crazy! So exciting! :)

Hopefully I can stay up to date with this thing now, but highly doubtful.

Finals… and Mr.Right

Week before finals… STRESS. Finished all TEN prints for photo class tonight and didnt get home till about 11:30.. been gone since 7am… OH WELL. Will updated with photo class pictures later and more pictures I took last weekend at Graces birthday party… for now meet Aaron.

My fiancé who is OBSESSED with gaming… though he calls it a mere “hobby.” Good thing he is making game design into a career… and I know he will do nothing but succeed at it. Oh well its ok.. he is amazing and keeps me balanced. I really cant say enough about him… and how much we have been through and gotten through together. I owe him my whole heart and more, he is my everything. Plus he has a tattoo on his arm.. which is hot when it pokes out of his t-shirts. :)

He sits to close to the TV when gaming, with his headset I bought him so I don’t hear the games when I am sleeping.

Back in Business!

Well my computers battery died, so I haven’t been able to upload pictures or anything for a couple weeks! Lets see…

We went to the MMA fight, here are a couple of my favorite pictures:

Uhm I got my hair died back to my natural color, and hope to keep it that way for a while.

We went disc golfing with one of our friends, and of course Aaron threw a disc in the creek and had to go get it.

I have been really sick with a fever since Tuesday, and still am not completely better, but much better then I was. No health care since it just ended so of course I get sick right when that happens.

Thursday my mom and I went and looked at fabric and talked more about wedding, then went to Graces last choir concert and I did Caroline and Graces hair and they loved it :), and then went to Target so I could get a dress for the wedding I was going to Friday.

Then Friday and Aaron and I went to a good friends wedding, Thomas and Allison, he was the best man in it, and it was beautiful and so much fun.

And Today for the first time in I cant even remember how long, Aaron and I both sat in the living room almost all day together and watched movies. And it was such a relaxing much needed day.

Tomro I am hoping to get my final photo project done and finished and get some school work done.

Easter Weekend!

I haven’t updated in a while, so I thought it was about time. The day before Easter I watched Lillian and Emmie, Aaron’s nieces, for a couple hours and Grace and Caroline came over to help. Caroline was so cute with Lilly and acted like such a big girl. And Grace helped just playing with both the little girls.

Afterwards, I went with my family to Yogalicious, which was yummy yummy and healthier then ice cream! It felt so good outside and was fun to sit and talk.

On Easter I went over to my aunts house to eat some yummy food and then when Aaron got off work, we went to his families house to eat more food with them. It was fun to be with family all day!

Later on we went to my parents house and played with sparklers for my photography project in ‘action.’ Everyone was having fun writing there names and drawing pictures and the photos turned out cool as well!

Last night we went to an MMA fight to see one of our friends friend,Sean, fight. He was the main event, and it was an awesome fight and Sean won a MMA amateur champion belt.It was so much fun and I got some awesome pictures, but I have to edit all 600 of them! After we went to a bar with everyone and it was a ton of fun to talk to everyone and meet new people! We got home really late and then this morning I went and got my hair dyed brown :)

Now we have a busy week planned and I already cant wait til its Friday. Here goes another week closer to being out of first semester!

Birthday!

It was my birthday! It was fun, Aaron and I went to Target and shopped and then went to Chilis and then I went to my parents and went home and watched New Moon with Aaron.

And the weather is perfect and makes me want to go and take 1,000 pictures.

And my moms friend from high school came and visited.

I made a yummy cinnamon pull apart bread.

Not much is going on in life, just work, school and getting stuff done. Can not wait for this summer.

Long Day

Got my last project back and finally scanned to the computer. Also scanned my newest project as well. The scanner sucks and made the pictures look weird, oh well you get the idea.

Short post, had a 16hr day today… from 7am- got home at 11pm… days like today are why I can not handle school and work.. and then get up for work in the morning. When do I clean?! Or have ME time?! Good thing my job isn’t hard and I am not still working at Rosatis… I def would have quit one by now.

Oh and our wedding date is September 25, 2010. It is five days before our dating “anniversary” and this September 30th it will be four years of dating! :)

Spring Break!

The last few days of spring break were awesome and relaxing. When Em and Trey came in we went to Main Event on Saturday and played in the arcade, Caroline really enjoyed all the attention and loved having two extra people to play with! Then that night the older girls went out and it was tons of fun and I wish my sister lived closer so that we could go places together more often! And then Sunday we went to my parents for dinner.

The first day of SPRING it snowed! Crazy crazy! When I woke up in the morning out balcony was COVERED in snow.

Then of course as soon as spring break is over… its back to stressful reality! I can not wait till summer! Classes and money and everything is so stressful right now, and it hasn’t been this stressful in a while! Hopefully I can get everything taken care of so I can stop stressing so much! I have been losing so much sleep over it! I had an exam in Psychology which I felt like I did horribly on, but I guess we will see. And I wish my writing class was over with already, I hate writing, I get so blank and I have nothing to write about! Plus the assignments suck!

Tomro we get to print photos from our project and I am so excited! I really love the pictures I took this time, I think its because they are all mostly portraits, which is what I want to take pictures of for a career, so it was a lot of fun! I am really loving photo class because of all the diff photos you get to see and all the creative ideas everyone comes up with. Also when your in the photo lab, more advance classes are in there and there pictures are really amazing! It really makes me want to get so much better and really makes you think and be artistic!

Time to go write my paper that is due tomro and study for my photography exam that tomro as well… now that its midnight! AHH! Full time work and Full time school is so much to handle, never a break!

So lets see…

I got my toe nail removed… OUCH! So I had a whole day of laying on the couch watching movies. Except that I slept most of the time because the pain took so much out of me!

We have decided to WAIT six months and have our wedding so that more family will be able to join us.

Yesterday I went with Amber to take our pictures for our photo project in Dallas. And then This weekend I will be doing silhouettes for the project. Aaron, I, and Preston went to The Dallas Art Museum today. Love, love Dallas!

AND I got a new camera!! Its a Canon 50D and I LOVE it!!! So excited to take lots of pictures with it!

My sister and her husband are coming into town tomro, and Saturday my mom, her and I get to go out to eat for our birthdays since they are all in March. I cant wait to have girl talk, and catch up with my sister!

Family

Oh.My.Goodness.

Its SPRING BREAK! Which means no I get off work Tuesday and Thursday next week early! :)

I have been so busy!

On April 24th Aaron and I will be going to the court house to get married, for anyone who doesn’t already know. We have been wanting to for a while but I thought I could wait to be married for another year or so, WRONG. I am so in love with him and I don’t see any reason in waiting to be committed and lawfully his for the rest of my life. :) With that being said, now I am crazy busy with planning! But everything is going GREAT and my mom and Aarons mom have been a HUGE help! And I can not wait for my sister to get in Friday so I can tell her EVERYTHING! And tomorrow I am going to buy my dress which I am in LOVE with!

Now in the past few days I have been thinking a lot about family. It really gets to me the way FAMILY, of all people, can be so cruel, unforgiving, and disrespectful. In my opinion, family should support you through everything, and not judge you by the mistakes you have made, but help you through them instead. I know no one is perfect, but there is no reason a parent should ever lose contact with their CHILD, no matter the mistake, when it comes to family their is ALWAYS forgiveness. I really do not know what I would do without my Parents and all of my siblings. I am so glad that I was born into a big family so that we can make our own memories and our other family that does not want to share and join in on those amazing memories are the ones to lose out.

New Sofa!

Yesterday at work I got a call from Ikea saying my couch was in! So when I got off work I went to my moms store, Pappagallos, and got a way cute shirt and necklace and then we met Aaron and Jake at Ikea and got the sofa and some pillows. My mom and I had plans to go to Pei Wei so we went to eat and when I got home to the apartment this is what it looked like…

Sofa pieces EVERYWHERE! So Aaron and I stayed up till about 1am putting the sofa together. And then took the boxes to the dumpster and returned his dads truck. I am so in love with my sofa! So so happy!

And I just cleaned my apartment really well and its amazingly clean! I love having a clean apartment! :)

Now waiting for Aaron to get home, and going to get my hair done and then going to Alice In Wonderland in IMAX, yay!

This month is such a crazy month!

My moms birthday is tomro! Happy Birthday Momma!

My sister, Emily, is turning 21 on the 10th!

And Aarons sister in-law’s is on the 12th and his brothers is on the 20th.

AND mine is on the 28th!

WAY too many birthdays in one month, its like Christmas all over, you go broke! haha.

Sunday I went out to do my photo project. I went with Grace and Caroline first, and then met up with my friend Amber and we took some more photos.

When I got home, Aaron had cooked dinner and it was wonderful! And then after I made brownies.

Monday I went to my parents after work to take my dad to the bank since my mom had the car, and when I got there I found out Caroline had come home sick that day, Poor Baby!

I was teasing my dad about how the last two time he made french pancakes he didnt tell me (in our family they’re a big thing) and so he made some for dinner! And they were amazing like always.

This weekend Aaron and I are going on Saturday to get our hair done and to see Alice in Wonderland in IMAX and I am so excited! We plan for this to be a “lazy” weekend because we have just been go, go, go for the past couple weekends and they speed by!

Tonight we went to Aaron’s parents with his two nieces and Brother and Sister in-law and had yummy hamburgers! Aaron’s dad make the second best hamburgers I have ever had! My Granddad's, when he used to live on the farm, were to die for and so were the fresh eggs my Grandma would scramble! Mmmm!

Well that’s about all that is going on, besides the fact that it was GORGEOUS outside and I was in work all day! Only one more week til spring break! Can NOT wait! And I get my couch soon! Woo!

Today was such a long day! It felt like two days in one.

When I got off work, I picked up Jake and Grace and we went to Target to get patio furniture and a grill. We fit all of it in my tiny little bug, and it deff felt like a clown car. :)

Aaron and I went to get Lilly for the show (her birthday present from us), and stopped by McDonalds to eat. Lilly fell asleep the whole way there and she had so much fun during the show. It was so cute to watch her. On the way there

I am at work right now, and I have two hrs til I am off!

Then I will be heading home to get ready and when Aaron gets home, we will be going to get Lillian and taking her to Seasame St Live! Yay! :)

Also I found it.. I have been looking far and wide for it.. PATIO FURNITURE! And it couldnt be more perfect. Its at target and it makes me want summer, badly. I must have it! :)

Last night Aaron and I went out to see Dear John, it was such a cute movie! I loved it, and it was nice to go out with my sweetie.

These past few days haven’t been the most exciting so I haven’t sat and updated the bloggg.

Aaron and I have decided to stop the Atkins diet, b/c frankly I am to stressed and when I come home from school and work and my 14 hr day I just want to pick food and EAT and not count carbs. So that is what I will do. :)

Took my government test today, I think I did fairly well, but we will see.

This weekend should be fun and we have lots planned.

Time to get ready for tomro, which is FRIDAY!

Lillian’s 2nd Birthday

Lately my brain has been mush. I like the weekends too much, and I get way to wrapped up in the aspect of no work or school. Hopefully someday it will be that way, just a stay at home mom, who often takes pictures for some extra money. Ah the dreams.

I am very ready for spring break in a couple weeks. Though I will still be working, I will at least get off early on Tuesday and Thursday and be able to relax and breathe. Work and School together, both full time, is definitely a hand full, especially when your adding a diet on top of it, and all I want to do is come home eat some CARBS and some bread and fried food… mmm the goodness. Oh well, life sure does go on.

Lillian’s (Aaron’s Niece) Birthday Party was on Sunday, she is just the cutest thing ever.

And it really doesn’t seem to long ago that she was this size. AWH!

I went with my mom today to Papagallos, the clothing store where she is going to be the Assistant Manager or something of the sort, they have adorable clothes, and I can NOT wait to get the discount!

And I finished Season 5 of lost. And my family came over tonight to watch the 3 episodes of Season 6 I had recorded, that they waited so patiently for me to catch up so they could watch.

Time to write an English paper and study for my Government exam on Thursday… the two things I fear the most about school. GAH.

No work tomro, chance of snow. :)

Normal Days

Today was full of little things that made my day amazing.

The only good thing about driving to work at 7am is the sunrise.

I walked into work with this sticky note taped on my desk from one of the techs.

Then for lunch one of the girls in the office ordered pizza and another brought these amazing oreo cupcakes!

And when I got home, I got to spend a nice lazy night with Aaron.

I am in desperate need of warm and SUNNY days! This weather is dreadful and depressing!

Also Aaron and I started the Atkins diet, I want to get back to a good swimsuit body! I think it will be a heck of a lot easier doing it together. We went to the store and bought lots of yummy meat!

I got two grades back today. One was from my English class, and a paper that I wrote I made an 80! So i at least got a B, which for me is good for writing because I am not good at writing AT ALL!

AND THEN I got a 92 on my first Psychology exam! I am so happy! And its exciting that even though I haven’t done much school in the last 3 years, I am doing good in college!

Well that was my news from today. And I have no photo project this weekend, but Aaron’s niece, Lillian, just turned two yesterday and her party is Sunday, so I will have pictures from that, and then next weekend Aaron and I are taking her to Sesame street Live, because she is so in love with Elmo!

My email got hacked, and then the hacker hacked my facebook, and then my facebook deleted. Pretty sweet huh?

Yesterday I did work and school. Here are my prints from photography that we did. The project was texture and flat surfaces. The pictures got messed up in some corners when developing them, but I was in the lab for 2 hrs for 3 prints. I am starting to get the hang of it, but the dodging and burning is pretty confusing and a very long process.

After work Aaron and I went to The Cheesecake Factory for a nice dinner. I love how we’ve been dating for 3 yrs and engaged for 2 months and I am more in love with him then ever. I am complete with him, and I do not know what I would do without him. He is my rock and foundation, he is my heart and soul, he is my best friend and my one love. Being in love, loving, and being loved is the best blessing.

I am on episode 12 of season 5 of Lost and have about 5 or 6 episodes left. I have gone through so fast! And I am so obsessed with it! Haha I will be glad when I am done with season 5 and caught up on season 6 so I don’t waste so much time watching it!:)

This weekend has felt so long!

Saturday I went to my parents house really early so we could drive to Longview for Jim's funeral.

It was an amazing service and he seemed to be such an amazing man, and I wish I would have known him better.

We got to see/meet almost everyone on my dads side of the family and they are all such wonderful loving people.

We got back and I went straight home and hopped in Aaron's car and we went with our friends Jeff and Marissa to a concert in Deep Ellum. We used to go to concerts there almost every weekend in high school and it was fun to go back. They came over and we ate lots of pizza and watched Step Brothers until one and Aaron decided it would be a good idea to sleep before he had to be up at five! Crazy boy.

Today was Valentines day and I had told Aaron not to get me any roses, because there such a silly outrageous price, but of course when he got home from work he brought me three beautiful roses and chocolates.

Then we went to Ikea and paid for our sofa that wont be here for another MONTH! and bought a shag rug and some picture frames.

My dad and the kids came over and watched the Olympics with me for a little while and then we went out to eat with Thomas and Ali at Cheddars. Then stopped by Aaron's parents house to pick up our Valentines Presents to us, which was yummy chocolate and makeup for me! Then we came home and hung up all the things in our room that we have been meaning to for a while and now our room is starting to feel like a bedroom! We just need to get out bed on a bed frame! Haha.

And if you come by our apartment at night you will find my sweetheart in front of the tv at night with his headseat on like this

What a fun and exhausting weekend.

And I am loving Aaron's new schedule where I get to actually see him!

So the last two days it has snowed about 10 inches, this is Texas right???

It was so beautiful, but I am bummed I didn't even get to make a snowman OR go sledding down any of the amazing snow covered hills.

Thursday I only had to go to one class and no work so we went over to my parents house to play in the snow with the kids. Then today I only had to work from 12pm- 1:30pm. I am hoping that it last till tomro afternoon or Sunday so I can go play in it!

Tonight we went to Delaney's with Aaron's parents and they were playing 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's MTV music video. It was a lot of fun.

Have to be up early, watching my Lost episode then sleep, so goodnight!

This morning I found out that my dad's uncle Jim passed away. I didn't know him that well, but the few times I met him he was one of the sweetest kind hearted guys I have ever met. R.I.P.

We went to Ikea today to get a new couch, but they had none in stock, so it will be about 2-3 weeks! Bummer! At least I will eventually get one! But we did get this sweet red chair for an accent. I love it.

Aaron has a new shift which means he works from 10pm to 6am tonight. Its def lonely without him, but I get my homework done and now I get to watch my episodes of Lost for the day.

Hoping at least one of my classes is cancelled tomro due to snow!

Today was not so interesting.

I got up at 7, went to work till 5, picked up my mom, went to the mall, came home and now Aaron is about to tuck me in bed, our nightly routine that I look forward to, we lay in bed and talk about our day and then he kisses me goodnight and hes off to play his video games and I go to sleep.

(Aaron and I a couple nights ago being weird)

I have found out a lot lately that looking at things in a positive light makes your life so much better. It really is a waste of time to just be negative about everything. Keep your head up and everything gets better. And when you get stressed and frustrated, take a deep breath.

I got my hair dyed red yesterday.

And we got out entertainment center too. I like it alot better then our old one, its cleaner and hides our ridiculous amount of cords. It was such a pain to put together though, but once it was done it was worth it :)

This morning Aaron and I went out to do another photo project, I brought my digital camera too, and took a couple pictures, and will have the film pictures at the end of this week. I hope they turned out good!

Now I am going to veg all day watching the rest of season three of Lost!

I am kind of new to this whole blogging slash writing about your day& life online. But ill give it a shot. I started my first photo class about 3 wks ago and I am hoping i can post a picture a day for the next year to see how I improve in my photography skills, in hopes that I will become better and learn from it. Plus I think it will be cool to look back in a year and see what all I have posted :)

My first photo project was to make a 10ft perimeter for yourself and not move out of the area and take a picture of everything in and around the area using a whole roll. I went to Dallas to do it since you can really never go wrong in Dallas. It was my second time to shoot with a film camera so I am not very used to applying the settings on it, but here are my pictures from it, I thought I did pretty well. There was also a protest going on at the time we were out there, so I used my last few shots on that. I am not for what the protest was, just thought the pictures would turn out cool, so no offense to anyone!
